Two Bedroom - Hackney - Clissold Park

Heya!

My name's Seb and I'm looking for a co-tenant for this lovely house.

Firstly, a bit about the house - as you will hopefully be able to tell from the photos, this is a house with a driveway with space for two cars, a nice little kitchen, a large lounge, and a pretty garden. Upstairs, there is a bathroom, and two double bedrooms, with plenty of storage space in both bedrooms. It is mostly furnished, with the only proviso being that you may need to invest in a bed frame (I am in the process of asking the Landlord whether they could provide one). As for bills, these come out to something like £150 per month, which includes Council tax, water, gas and energy, and broadband.

The area is very nice, with the house on a very quiet residential street with mostly families for neighbours. I'm a two-minutes’ walk from Clissold Park, a 10-minute walk from Manor House (on the Piccadilly Line), and the same to Finsbury Park (Victoria Line). I'm also about a 15 minute-walk from the super trendy Stoke Newington and, very importantly, from the Highbury and Islington ParkRun.

As for myself, I'm a 26-year-old History teacher working in a secondary school in Essex. I'm originally from High Wycombe and studied languages at Oxford. I moved to London a couple of years ago and have lived here since August this year. I'm pretty laid-back and tend to keep myself occupied seeing friends and doing various sports.

Ideally, it would be great to find a similar person my age who works full-time and who already has some links to London.

If you think this sounds good to you, then do let me know! I tend to get home around 18:00 during the week so can do any viewings then and will be available during the weekends too. I am aiming to replace the current co-tenant midway through next month.
