The property is across the street from Finsbury Park and faces onto a shared gated courtyard. It is just under 5 minutes to walk to Finsbury Park station.

The apartment contains two bedrooms with a large covered south eastern facing balcony. It has a main bathroom and an ensuite attached to the room on offer.

The property is electricity only with induction hob, a heat pump installed with underfloor heating and controls in each room. It is fully furnished and fitted out.

The room is a double sized room with direct door access to the balcony.

I am the current flat mate, I am a 33 year old Scottish male professional who works half the time from home. I am quite sociable and like to meet friends and occasionally host them here. I don't host parties and noise midweek and at night is kept to a minimum.

I like to stay active, socialise with friends, get to music festivals, travel, cook for friends and get down to the pub or enjoy the sun on the balcony in the good weather.

The ideal flatmate would be another clean and tidy working professional. I'm looking for someone with a similar lifestyle who I can get on well and ideally socialise with.

I like the place to be quite clean and tidy and since it's an easy flat to maintain then this is quite simple. Given there are two bathrooms then it is quite easy to keep to separate ones but the kitchen area should remain clean. If you tend to be messy then this probably isn't the place for you.
