Sunny Double Room in Spacious Queer+Trans House

Hi,

We are looking for someone to join our household just off Stroud Green Road in Finsbury Park.

We're a school counsellor (40's), art technician (mid 20s) and musician/hospitality worker (mid 20's). We're easy-going and enjoy having a drink/meal together. We're an LGBTQ+ and allied flatshare with hobbies including art, reading, being out and about, cooking, socialising, live music, cycling etc. We're super open to welcoming new people and friends. :)

The house is in a great location (The Faltering Fullback and Pappagone round the corner) and only ~10 mins from Finsbury Park and Crouch Hill stations.

We have lots of space spread over 3 floors, with a sunny garden and living room. Disclaimer: we share 1 toilet, and 1 separate bathroom with a shower and bath.

The room comes unfurnished but the current tenant may be willing to sell some of their furniture. Ideally we'd like to find someone who will live here for at least a year.

As most of us are queer and trans it's really important that we find someone who is preferably queer or trans themselves or at the minimum invested in queer and trans liberation. We are also a Free Palestine house.

Bills are generally around £150 per month on average.
