Double room with ensuite

A room has become available rather short notice in our home and we are looking for a new flatmate to share our lovely home. Preferably long term and someone that will make this place its home. The room will be available as soon as next week.

The room
It’s a double bedroom with an ensuite, on the first floor of the property with two large windows offering a lot of light.
The house has a huge living room and kitchen that are shared and even a patio that enjoys sunlight until 2pm. The property is ideally located : close to Finsbury park station and crouch hill station with tons of restaurants and shops around. It’s very easy to access central London but is away enough from the buzzing street that we enjoy quiet nights.

Housemates : we are 3 women in their 30th all working professionals. We are looking for someone tidy and respectful of our house that will do his/her share in the house. We all consider this place our home and look after it as if it was. So we are looking for someone in the same mindset.
We love having a drink together but we all have a busy life. The house is big enough to feel you have your own space while enjoying some company once in a while.
No students, no party, No pet no smoking policy I am afraid.

The rent includes bills (fast internet, energy, council, and a cleaner coming every 2 weeks).
