Hello! I am moving out of my current house share and therefore am looking for someone to take over my gorgeous room in Finsbury Park.
Absolutely amazing location:
- A literal 2 minute walk to Finsbury Park with its tennis/basketball courts and Baseball pitch.
- 15 minute walk to Finsbury Park Tube.
- 12 minute walk to Manor House Tube.
- 5 minute walk to Haringey rail station.
- 5 minute walk to Haringey green lanes.
And there is an Aldi and Sainsbury’s right on your doorstep!
The household is a really lovely bunch and I’m sad to be leaving them🥲 We like to go to the pub on occasion or will cook together and have a general natter!
The room comes furnished with a bed (no mattress), a desk, bookcase, mirror and chest of drawers. There is a rail that I would be happy to sell on for cheap!
Deposit would be due the 5th June, move in from the 15th. Bills are pretty cheap, it is usually around a £100 all in.
I will be doing viewings on Tuesday/Wednesday evening this coming week☺️
