Bright Double Room for Short Term Let!

Lovely and bright bedroom for short term let in a Finsbury Park two-bed flat. Available from 1st June until 15/20th July. We can be flexible with dates, so do let us know if your dates are slightly different to the dates advertised and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

The Flat

A beautiful and spacious flat in a Victorian period conversion. It has a big living room with a piano, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom.

About us: we’re a creative couple in our 30s. One of us works Mon-Fri from their studio, and the other mostly from home, so someone who works at least some time from an office would be dandy.

We’re looking for someone clean and respectful that will look after our home like we do. Single occupancy for this one, sorry couples!

The Bedroom

Bright and quiet with a lovely big window overlooking the gardens. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, a desk + chair, a bedside table, a big clothing rail and a chest of drawers.

The Area

It’s a very green and leafy area: you’re a 2 minute walk to Finsbury Park and the lovely Parkland Walk, and a 20 minute walk to Clissold Park. You’re also 5 minute walk from Stroud Green road which is filled with lovely cafes, restaurants and pubs. Finsbury Park Station is a 10-12 minute walk, and has quick connections to Central London, including the Victoria and Piccadilly underground lines, National Rail, Great Northern and Thameslink trains, and buses galore.

The bills are £250pm.
Rent can be paid monthly as advertised or at a rate of £320pw (all in / bills included).
