You’ll be sharing the flat with me, Ridi.
The previous tenant and I had moved into this gorgeous flat 2 years ago and have really enjoyed living here. She’s now moving into her next chapter and so the room is now available.

I work in fashion with hybrid working. Enjoy going for long walks, being creative, trying out new local restaurants, tending the plants, cooking and at times hosting dinner parties.

Ideally looking for a tidy, sociable, like-minded professional, respectful of each other's space.

Situated with good access to travel connections.
The Parkland walk is on the doorstep and the garden backs on to a reservoir so the area is very green and quiet.

- Crouch Hill Station- 7 min walk to (overground)
- Finsbury Park- 15-20 min walk or 10 min bus (Victoria and Piccadilly line and national rail)
- Harringay Train Station- 15 min walk - National Rail
- Bus - W3: 2 min walk, W7 & 210: 5 min walk

Close to a variety of shops and close to Finsbury Park, Crouch End and Green Lanes. Farmers market every Sunday near the park.
