Room available, well connected, modern flat

Lovely double room with its own balcony and views of the park in a new build flat on the 7th floor. Includes access to a large residents’ lounge that people use for home working, as well as communal garden. 20 seconds walk from the tube. Bathroom is only shared with our 8 year old son, as we have own bathroom (which he mostly uses too tbh). There is a Gymbox and a Picturehouse in the building, with M&S downstairs, and the park a minute away. Fully furnished, all bills included, would be on a lodger contract.
Must be child friendly, pet friendly and lgbt friendly (two dad family with a French bulldog and a British shorthair cat). Flat available for viewing. We’ve usually had students take the room over the years and always found people who are a great fit, so info about yourself is really helpful with any viewing request.
More interested in finding a good match than speed. Ideally looking for a student. What we usually do is make a lodger agreement until Xmas, and then start a new one for the rest of the academic year if both sides are happy to renew (which we always have been).
