Room available for a lodger in a family flat

Lovely double room with its own balcony and views of the park in a new build flat on the 7th floor. Includes access to a large residents’ lounge that people use for home working, as well as communal garden. 20 seconds walk from the tube. Bathroom is only shared with our son, as we have own bathroom (which he uses more often than not). Fully furnished, all bills included, would be on a lodger contract with no fixed time period required, but more on the short term, flexible end preferred. Must be child friendly, pet friendly and lgbt friendly (two dad family with a dog).
