Room available for a lodger in a family flat

Lovely double room with its own balcony and views of the park in a new build flat on the 7th floor. Includes access to a large residents’ lounge that people use for home working, as well as communal garden. 20 seconds walk from the tube. Bathroom is only shared with our son, as we have own bathroom (which he uses more often than not). New Gym Box just opened in the building if that’s of interest, with M&S downstairs, and the park a minute away. Fully furnished, all bills included, would be on a lodger contract. Must be child friendly, pet friendly and lgbt friendly (two dad family with a French bulldog and a British shorthair cat). Flat available for viewing now. We’re looking for the right fit rather than a quick let. We’re imagining letting until Christmas, potentially negotiating beyond if it works for all, but open to possibilities.
