Bright double room in Finsbury Park

Hi there,

I‘m looking for someone to take my lovely room in Finsbury Park and to replace me on our contract as I’m moving up to Bonnie Scotland!

It’s a lovely flat and super central with lots of great cafes and restaurants near by - definitely wouldn’t have left if I wasn’t moving up north. I’ve been in the flat since April last year and we’ve only just renewed the contract - this one will end in March 2025.

A little bit about the Room/house
- less than 5 mins walk from Finsbury Park station (and park!)
- less than 5 mins walk from Lidl/ Tesco
- Large Double room, 1st floor
- Furnished: comes with desk, chair, sofa, bed, wooden chest of drawers, wooden side table and big wardrobe.
- Roof top space
- Garden (we didn't really venture out to it, so if you have a green thumb, its yours)
-no living room

And a little bit about who you’d be living with:

Amy, 25:
-Works within sports marketing,
-Super active, a cricketer, enthusiastic runner, love going to the gym, general sports fan (ie. will watch anything and everything) – at the moment she’s doing an Olympic weightlifting course!
-Has a professional 'brunch score sheet'
-Not ashamed to admit her music taste has not progressed since her emo phase between the ages of 13 and 15.

Jessie, 25:
-big climbing fan and frequently found in the castle (if you know you know). Always looking for a belay partner!
-Loves running and everything French (spent a year in Paris as an au pair after uni)
-cake enthusiast!
-Works as a trainee solicitor

It’s a social house, and we do things together (ice cream walks, climbing etc.) but also have our own routines and sometimes work long hours!
