The kitchen has all the essentials, plus clean and everything works well. Gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster.

The bathroom has gotten a refurb this past month (new bath, new window, new floor and painting). The shower is hot and powerful.

Living room has a medium sized table, small sofa, and TV with Chromecast. It's perfect for having one or two people over, but can't get more than 5 round the table.

Bedroom is a good size with double bed and mattress, wardrobe, and a few storage bits. Happy for you to do what you want with it, can discuss adding/removing/changing furniture, whatever works for you. There is storage space in loft too.

You'll be living with me, a 35 yo professional. I may be working from home from time to time. I'm kind, quiet, clean, happy to have a good conversation. I enjoy staying physically active and staying generally health conscious.

The flat is kept tidy and clean and I would probably like you to be the same (without being a freak about it - i'm pretty chill). Washing up not left piling up and hoovering/bathroom cleaned regularly. We don't really have many people over as the lounge is pretty small, just have a few people for dinner or whatever every now and again, so it's a nice quiet space.
