Gorgeous room in modern flat near Finsbury Park

Hey there,

We are looking for a sociable addition to our home as our flatmate is moving to the countryside. We enjoy outdoor activities, brunches, and have friends round for drinks and dinner so we’d love someone with a social vibe that will suit the house.

The flat itself is spacious, modern, and comes with an excellent bunch of housemates. You'll be living with 4 professionals in their late 20s/early 30s working in tourism, tech, research, and academia. We welcome collaborative cooking and occasional game nights but most of all a positive energy.

The flat is a 10 minutes walk away from Finsbury Park station, and 8 minutes walk from Manor House station. We are beautifully sandwiched between Finsbury and Clissold Park so there’s lots of greenery around either direction.

We have 2 bathrooms, each complete with toilet, shower and bathtub and there is also a spacious shared living room/dining area and kitchen.

The room is furnished which means bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. We're fairly flexible on the move-in date, the room is available from the 1st of November
