Room in Harringay (flat with garden!)

Room to let from mid-August onwards until at least mid-April 2025 (contract finishes then). A lot of natural light in a very quiet street just 1 minute away from Finsbury Park in the vibrant area of Harringay. The flat has a large kitchen-living room area, a shared bathroom and a garden/patio.

The bedroom comes furnished (400 pounds for an ergonomic chair, large desk, bed, mattress, bedside table, wardrobe and two bookshelves). I am moving out, so the furniture is yours forever, and it also includes my share of the common stuff in the shared spaces (sofa, tv stand, etc.).
