En-suite double bedroom available in warehouse

Hey everyone,

Our housemate is moving out so we have a room available in our 12 bed warehouse from 7th July.

The monthly rent is £750 and all bills are included plus a weekly cleaner!

You’ll be living with 6 girls and 5 guys in our 20s and 30s, working in a variety of jobs.
We’re all on different schedules but like to chill as a house when we can so we’re looking for someone who’s keen to be part of that too. We also share a gated yard with a few other warehouses and have plenty of BBQs/fire pits outside in the summer.

We have past experience of having a dog in the house, so we could be open to welcoming a new dog given the right fit 🐶

We’re a ~10 min walk from Manor House tube station, 5 min walk from nearby bus stops and 7 mins from a big Sainsbury’s and an Aldi. Plenty of pubs/cafes/restaurants on and around Green Lanes which is down the road, and we’re on the doorstep of Finsbury Park. We also have low profile studios a stone’s throw away which hosts music events on the weekend.
