Good sized double room available in 2 bed flat in Finsbury Park/Stroud Green, on the top floor of a period conversion. It’s a decent sized flat, very light and airy and very close to the park, on a very quiet street. Near to a lot of nice restaurants and pubs in Finsbury Park, also Green Lanes and Crouch End. Very well-connected - tube, buses and trains. The flat is almost on 2 levels with the kitchen on a separate floor to the bedrooms, as well as having a large bright and airy entranceway. There is also a large loft for extra storage.

You’ll be sharing with me, 37 year old law librarian from London. I like sharing the space, but also recognise the need for own space as well. Prefer a quiet home, but like entertaining every so often (although mostly this happens outside the flat). Interested in movies, music, keeping active, books, cooking, travel. I enjoy going out fairly often — clubs, parties, eating , pubs, seeing friends, galleries, exercising, travelling when I can.

Room is available as soon as possible, can be flexible. It comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and clothes rack — but these can be removed if you have your own stuff. There is space for more furniture in the room too — a desk and shelving, a wardrobe. Room is available now, and would ideally require a year long lease till mid-October 2025.
