Short-term sublet - peaceful room by Clissold Park

Hello! I'm subletting my room (a small double bedroom and a separate private office space) in a beautiful and peaceful flat next to Clissold Park from the 8th of July to September (1 month minimum up to 2.5 months) while I'm away. It's perfect for someone working from home.

The flat is surrounded by greenery with the park next door and a charming communal garden in front of the flat. West Water Reservoir is nearby for wild swimming during summer. It is very well located with great bus (341 to Waterloo, 141 to London Bridge, 106 to Finsbury Park) and tube connections (15 mins walk to Victoria line/Finsbury Park Station and 10 mins walk to Piccadilly line/Manor House station).

The flat is shared with another friendly and easygoing woman who works as a journalist. We're looking for a responsible professional who will treat this flat like home, even if for a short period of time. I'm leaving all my furniture so I'm looking for someone respectful and trustworthy.
