1 room will soon be available by Finsbury Park in a 3 bed, 1.5 bath spread across 3 stories. The current lease is ending on July 31, and two of the current tenants are staying on but we’re looking for someone to join in renewing the contract for another year.

The closest subway is Manor House (7 minute walk) but there are also multiple overground stations in the area.
Rent will be around £970 per month, plus bills which are approximately £150.
Currently, there are two female flatmates (New Zealand + Swedish), both 29 years old. Lovisa is an engineer and Kate works as a lawyer. We enjoy running (both ran our first marathon this year!!), going to the pub, and having brunch together. We are looking for someone who enjoys the same activities!
