SHORT TERM Double Room - Finsbury Parky/Haringey

July 25 - September 7
I am subletting my double room for 6 weeks this summer. The rent is £179/week (all bills included), so the total is £1074.

About the location:
It is a 5 minute walk from Harringay Green Lanes (overground) and Harringay Train Station. The closest tube stop is Manor House (10 minute walk, Piccadilly line), and Finsbury Park station is a 20 minute walk across the park with great connections on the Victoria Line as well. From door to door it takes about 30 minutes to get into central London. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, a lot of cute houses with families, musicians, and students. Our road is off of Green Lanes, which is a high street with plenty of coffee and corner shops, restaurants, etc, as well as the Harringay Superstores shopping centre with a giant Sainsburys, Aldi, Homebase, etc. The neighborhood has a lot of gardens and we are a 5 minute walk from Finsbury Park, as well as the Parkland Nature Reserve.

About the house:
We live on the 1st & 2nd floor of a Victorian conversion. The first floor has a hall, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room, and the 2nd floor has two bedrooms, including the one being sublet.

About the flatmates:
The flatmates, 1 male and 1 female, are in their early twenties. One is a music student + works as a bartender and the other is a cheesemonger + singer-songwriter. They frequently have concerts and fun outings if you enjoy live music! The house itself is pretty chill & relaxed.
