I'm subletting my room in N4 from 25/1 - 14/2 (3 weeks).

THE ROOM
- Comfortable double bed incl. bedding if needed
- South-facing sunny window facing Finsbury Park
- Work from home set-up with desk and portable screen
- Ample cupboard storage space

THE FLAT
- 3 bedrooms split on 2 floors
- Shared living room with large TV, sofa and dining table
- Brand new kitchen with modern appliances such as a dish washer, washing machine, air fryer, blender etc.
- Kitchen has a skylight so plenty of daylight comes in
- Bathroom with bathtub shower, strong water pressure

THE FLATMATES
- You will share with 2 lovely flatmates aged 23 (female) and 25 (trans-masculine person)
- LGBTQ+ and ally household
- We are all professionals working hybrid jobs

LOCATION/AMENITIES
- Located right on Harringay Green Lanes with plenty of Turkish restaurants, Sainsbury's Superstore, Homebase, large Aldi and more
- 2 mins walk from Harringay Overground Station, 7 mins walk from Manor House Station (Piccadilly Line), buses 29/141/341 will get you right into the city center and run all night

COST
- £175 per week (£700 per month) excl. bills (should be around £100 per month)
- Council Tax Band D
