My twin and I are looking for a 3rd flatmate for the downstairs bedroom of a 3 bed in Finsbury Park. 5mins walk to Manor House tube, 10ish mins walk to Finsbury Park tube & overground.
It's fully furnished, bills included apart from fortnightly cleaner (£10 each/ clean). Really nice landlord, bills included. There is a private patio. It's on a very quiet street.
Available from 8th February weekend
In the room are 2 double wardrobes, double bed and bedside table, but plenty of room for your desk and any other furniture
There is bike storage, full bathroom and separate upstairs toilet.
Sarah: During the week I see friends for dinner or go to the theatre. During the weekend I like exploring London going to gigs, exhibitions or out with friends. I work hybrid - at home and at HSBC in Canary Wharf
Laura: I have 3 adorable guinea pigs. I wfh on Mon and Fri. I play cello in an amateur orchestra. I enjoy yoga and working out.
We would like someone who is looking for a home. Who wants to keep the place clean and tidy. Is up for a drink/movie night from time to time
Other small furry pets should be fine but not cats/dogs due to the guinea pigs
