1 room in our lovely flat will become available from the start of August. The flat is spread across the top two floors of a four floor house and the room is on the top floor and gets lots of sunlight.
Across the two floors we have the 4 bedrooms, a kitchen/living room, 1.5 bathrooms and a balcony.
The closest tube is Finsbury Park which is about a 7 min walk, which is amazing as it has the Victoria line, Piccadilly line and national rail as well as loads of bus links.
Rent is currently £895 a month, approximately £950 with bills. The lease is up in February, but there is potential to extend, or look for other places together when the time comes.
There are three girls between 22-25 living there currently. We are all friends so are looking for someone in the same age bracket who would be a friend not just a housemate. We enjoy running, going to the pub (FP is pretty renowned for its pubs, and we have a great one at the end of our road!), and going on walks.
