I have a room in our lovely, bright, spacious flat available from the 26th January.
This airy flat is spread over three storeys, is in a lovely neighbourhood and has great views of London. You won’t be let down!

• 2min walk from Harringey Station
• 5min walk from Harringey Green Lanes Station
• 15-20min walk from Finsbury Park/Manor House Station 
• Bus to Archway on our doorstep
• 15mins walk to Crouch End (overground)

The property

Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms, a large room, one double and one single.

Bathrooms: 2 Bathrooms - 1 main bathroom which has 70s Scandinavian vibes (bath, shower, toilet, sink) plus an additional smaller bathroom (toilet/sink)

Living Area: Massive open plan Kitchen/Dining/ Lounge Area! Including a TV

Kitchen: Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, gas hobs, plus plenty of storage.

Storage -Plenty. Large built-in storage cupboard in the hallway area.

Natural Light: Very Bright -Bay windows fill the flat with natural light. Plus, we have a skylight at the top of the hallway, flooding the flat with light. I am currently in the process of turning this area into a hanging garden!

Room Details: Furnished or unfurnished. Our lovely housemate is moving back to Italy. She has a small double bed in there, alongside a desk, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, which are all for sale. The double doors open into the lounge area. This room would be more suitable for a social person who isn’t too noise-sensitive.


About Us:
Tom and Victoria, who are both 34 years old.

Tom works in the film industry as assistant director and as an actor. He also works in the local arts centre. He has been living in London for 15 years and is originally from the West Midlands. He loves david lynch, cats and punk/rock music.

Victoria is a MFL and English teacher, but also studied law and drama at uni. She’s originally from France and has been living in London for 12 years. She loves reading, playing netball, and going to plays or comedy shows.

We are both warm, friendly, creative and easygoing people. We want to make the flat a tranquil and peaceful place. We respect everyone’s need for quiet, especially in the evening (we aren’t a party flat). Occasionally, we share a glass of wine, put on a vinyl/watch a movie together and eat some delicious food! (E. g Tom’s gluten-free, vegan banana).

We keep the flat clean and tidy with a weekly rota.
We are looking for a housemate who wants to make the flat their home—ideally a creative soul, who has similar interests and values.
