Double room for rent in Finsbury Park

I'm moving away from London for work, so my lovely room in Finsbury Park is up for rent.

It's in a four bedroom flat, with a huge living room and separate eat-in kitchen. We also have a sneaky front balcony (if you could call it that... essentially we can sit out on the roof of the shop below).

It's a pretty social flat, you'd be living with Ferg, Lucy and Alex- a mix of professionals working in 3D design, tourism and theatre, from England, Ireland and Australia. Most people are in and out during the week but we all go for a drink together on the weekend.

All bills and house essentials are included in the cost of the room, including a cleaner. It's a real steal for the area! The room comes with a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe. It also has a bonus sink, v handy! I'm happy to leave the desk there (for free) and to sell you the chest of drawers (£40) if you’d like!

Move in date is slightly flexible, ideally 3rd August but will be free from the 1st.
