Double bedroom available in a three-bed, two-bathroom flat split over two floors. Available for September move-in.

The Flat:
The flat is split over two floors in a Victorian house. It has a kitchen with an induction hob, a large lounge with TV, and a spacious private garden with a shed for storage.

Room:
The room comes furnished with a double ottoman bed and shelved wardrobe. There’s also extra storage space in the hallway immediately outside the room. The room is better suited for people who hybrid work but there is plenty of space for a desk! You will be sharing a bathroom on the same floor with one other girl.

The Location:
There is easy access to the Victoria and Piccadilly line (Finsbury Park station is a 10 minute walk), as well as overground (Finsbury Park and Crouch Hill). It’s located in a quiet and safe street with plenty of parking outside, as well as being close to lots of shops, restaurants, bars and the park.

Flatmates:

We're 2 friends who have lived together for around 18 months. We met through SpareRoom last January and have become great friends; we've recently been travelling in Borneo together! Ellie works in Marketing and Hope works in Consulting and we both work from the office at least twice a week. We enjoy cooking, brunching, staying active (we both ran the London Marathon in April!) and of course pub trips.

The flat is kept homely, clean, and tidy, and we're considerate of noise especially during the week as we work full-time.

We enjoy hanging out together, cooking, having some wine, and watching TV, but also respect each others' space. We're looking for someone who'd like to join us!
