Double room in Finsbury Park (3 bed, one bathroom flat) available from around September 4th (one year minimum). £866 per month + bills.

One of our current flatmates is moving out, so we're looking for someone to take over her room.

Room:
The room comes furnished (some furniture can be removed). Space for a desk, so could suit someone that hybrid works.

The Location:
There is easy access to the Victoria and Piccadilly line (Finsbury Park station is a 12 minute walk), as well as overground (Finsbury Park and Crouch Hill). It’s located in a quiet and safe street, as well as being close to lots of shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema, and the park.

Flatmates:
We're 2 friends (aged 27) who have lived together for 3 years. I work in Social Research and my flatmate Charlotte is a children's nurse. Together we enjoy cooking, going out for dinner, to the cinema and exhibitions, going for runs and to the local lido, watching TV and of course pub trips.

The flat is kept homely, clean and tidy, and we're considerate of noise as we work full-time and love sleep (and because Charlotte can work shifts at the weekend).

Who we’re Looking For:
Someone looking to make new friends and spend time with flatmates. We both have busy schedules, but we love to spend time together and have fun!
