2 Double Rooms in Lovely House, Finsbury Park 🏠

We currently have two lovely, spacious double rooms up for grabs in our 3 bedroom house in Finsbury Park from 12th of October (photos 1 & 2, £1,085 pcm - photos 3 & 4, £1,022.50 pcm) onwards, as fellow housemates are moving overseas, and the other is moving in with his partner. It's a fairly laid back household that's great for those who appreciate their downtime, with a 9-5 hybrid working lifestyle, with a generously sized kitchen and living room for those who wish to spend their nights indoors. We’re keen to find easygoing, young professionals aged 22-32 who would be interested in taking over these spots.

The House: 🏠

Located in a discreet cul-de-sac just west of the park, the downstairs contains a large fully equipped kitchen (subject to change,) and a spacious living room, a bathroom, and two storage cupboards. There is also a good sized garden with a shed, perfect for bike storage, which you are welcome to use. Upstairs are the three bedrooms and a second bathroom, along with some more storage space.

The Housemate: 😊

Rob: a 26-year-old from Harlow with mild Cerebral Palsy/Dyspraxia, I work in Psychiatry & Therapy recruitment for the NHS. Currently, my working life is very hybrid with a little bit of overtime here-and-there. I'm a live music enthusiast and occasionally attend gigs on weekdays. I also enjoy going out with friends every other weekend. I'm very laid back and reserved, and I appreciate spending quality time at home.

The Location: 🗺️

Located on a quiet residential street, a 13 minute walk from Finsbury Park tube station, a 7 minute walk from Crouch Hill Overground station, and 10 minute walk from Harringay station, the house is really well connected by the Victoria, Piccadilly, Overground, and Great Northern line trains. We're also on several bus routes, so transport is never an issue!

We're about 10 minutes from a Lidl and a Tesco, as well as a Londis about 100 metres from the front door. We're also about 5 minutes walk from Finsbury Park itself. Also, we’re just a further 11 minute walk away from Stroud Green Road towards Crouch Hill, which acts as a great hospitality spot featuring a range of restaurants, from all cultures, and highly reviewed.
