super nice cosy flat, the room comes with all of the furniture pictured except for the clothes rail, and gets amazing sunrise views every morning! the kitchen gets the most gorgeous sunsets in the evening too.
rent TBC as we're expecting it to go up a little, but currently the room is £700 + approx. £100 for bills. the flat is less than 10 minutes from finsbury park tube station and walking distance from two different parks, two lidls and lots of smaller shops, pharmacies, cafes etc.
we are lovely housemates! super easygoing, tidy, queer friendly, and love a movie night or a pub quiz. prerequisites for moving in are you must be willing to a) eat a lot of freshly baked goods and b) join in some fun little wine and craft nights.
truly such a homey little flat and neighbourhood, we love living here so hopefully you would too. looking to do viewings asap 💚
