Our spacious residence spans 2 floors. Your bedroom is situated on the ground floor with a dedicated private en-suite. It comes with a separate bath and shower, as well as own access to the garden.

The large kitchen has a floating island, with a large 5 hob cooker. The open plan dining / living area has large french doors leading to the sizable garden with a patio, barbeque, sun beds, and lawn.

We are a 10 min walk from Finsbury park station, but also just a 15 minute cycle to Old Street (if you're as fast as us!).

The parks nearby have great amenities including tennis courts, ping pong tables, and a lake. Finsbury Park also has a lidl, a tescos, loads of takeaway options, a Pure Gym, and lots of pubs to choose from. There is also a Water Reservoir Centre nearby for water sports.

There is space to park bikes in the flat plus lots of storage space (in your room, as well as in communal spaces). Parking is also available.

There is a TV in the flat, washing machine, dishwasher - and generally the flat is already fully equipped i. e. kitchen is stocked.

Ed and I are both working professional and have been living together for two years now. I work as a Marketing Manager, while Ed works at the Alan Turing Institute. We're very easy going, with Ed's hobbies including being in a band, playing piano, climbing, and a love for board games. We have A LOT of board games. I enjoy books (we got A LOT of those too), playing tennis and 1rebel classes.

We're looking for a working professional or couple to move in.
