Hiiii! 1 of our lovely flatmates is sadly moving out in mid-September, so we have 1 gorgeous large double room available in a bright and airy 4 bed townhouse maisonette in Finsbury Park!
You will be living with 3 other girls, me (Gabby 26 - working in fashion), Orla 26 working in Influencer Marketing and Katie, 29 working as a GP (the household Dr👩⚕️✨)
We live in a beautiful property with lots of natural light and tall ceilings and is split over two levels, with 2 bathrooms, so you will only be sharing with one other girl. The room has loads of space with oak flooring throughout.
The road and neighbourhood are very safe and the property is in a really good location, the nearest supermarket is 2 minutes walk away, but we have a choice of multiple supermarkets (Sainsburys, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, M&S etc) within easy walking distance. Similarly we have a bus stop almost directly outside the property and Archway and Finsbury Park tube stations are roughly 10-15 minutes walk away!
One of our rooms has a small balcony which is lovely to sit out on in the summer, so a nice little perk of some outside space.
Rent £1035.00 pcm not including bills.
