I am leaving London for work and am sadly leaving my flat - looking for someone to take over!

The flat is on the first floor of a Victorian conversion and offers:
- A comfy small double bedroom overlooking a garden
- A spacious, well-lit shared open living space with big windows
- A spilt-level set-up offering lots of privacy
- A big neat bathroom with a shower and a bathtub

The location is superb - it's a quiet residential area with everything you will ever need within a 10-15 minute walk, including multiple stores (Lidl, Sainsbury's Local, Tesco's and Iceland), loads of cute cafes, bookstores, pottery studio, GP practice, yoga studios, climbing centre and tennis courts right next to you.

With Finsbury Park station only 5 minutes away (Piccadilly,
Victoria and National Rail), multiple buses, and great cycling trails around you will be well-connected to anywhere in London.

You will be sharing with one lovely girl in her mid-twenties, a young professional working for mental health services.

Our letting agency will perform a reference check before moving in -students are fine, but those not working full-time will need a UK-based guarantor.

Bills are around £150 (Council Tax band C).
