We have a lovely double bedroom available in our flat and are looking for someone friendly and like-minded to join us from 1st October (move in date could possibly be earlier depending on if our current flatmate moves out earlier).
Flatmates:
You will be living with myself (Tiana) and Ana! We are both professionals and want to live with someone with similar values to us. We are very neat, considerate and can respect and appreciate when people need time to themselves but we are also open to socialising and organising flat dinners/going out etc. We are both LGBTQIA+ allies and encourage all to reach out regarding this room.
The Room:
- This is the largest room in the flat and also has a lot of natural sunlight during the day!
- Lots of storage space for clothes/shoes etc
- The desk, chair, small side table by the bed and tall mirror are not included as these belong to our flatmate who is moving out but all other furniture is included.
Local Area:
-This flat is currently below market value as our landlord has been kind enough not to increase the rent significantly to match the high costs of the surrounding area.
-We have a Tesco Express seconds from the flat which is very handy and we have the bus route 91 nearby as well as Finsbury Park tube station which is about a 15 minute walk away.
- We have a bike storage area within our building area!
Important Info:
- Bills are not included but they come up to around £100 pm give or take. Includes: Council Tax (Band C), Electricity, Water, Gas, Internet
- To be accepted to rent, you will need to provide to the landlord proof of earnings (bank statements and P60). You may require a UK based guarantor if you don't pass the finance checks. You will also be required to provide a reference from your previous landlord/agency.
- Deposit is £823.33 and first months rent upfront prior to move in
