About the Flat:
This flat is a 4 minute walk from Finsbury Park station (Victoria, Piccadilly, National Rail & night tube) and about 8 minutes walk from Finsbury Park itself. Its third floor with lift access, and has a balcony with evening sun and a nice view of green space just outside of the property - Great for a glass of wine on a Friday!

There are plenty of options for shops, restaurants and pubs just a short walk away.

The room itself is large and comes with a king sized bed, built in storage space, and a desk. It’s an L-shape and my current housemate uses the corner space to work in.

The kitchen and living room are modern and spacious. Comes with a washing machine & dishwasher. We currently have a lot of plants in the living room which you’re welcome to add to!

The bathroom is also modern and has great water pressure.

I have a cleaner that comes every other week to clean communal areas (kitchen, bathroom, corridors), the cost for this is around £11 each every other week.

The building has indoor bike storage available.

Bills are reasonable, particularly in winter as the flat is well insulated. Approx £100 pcm, council tax band D.

I’m a 27 year old male and work as a financial services consultant. My interests involve fitness, D&B and rock music (I use headphones), reading, gigs, festivals and the pub. I’m a vegan but I’m happy to live with someone with other dietary preferences.
