Double room in Finsbury Park

I'm leaving London so looking for someone to take over my room.

I have absolutely loved living here (I was only supposed to stay for 2 months and it's now been 18). The flat is homely and spacious with very friendly and sociable housemates.

FLATMATES
Grace and Sam are a lovely couple, they're always up for a chat in the kitchen, watching a film or trip to the pub.

Alex is super chilled, he plays basketball at Finsbury Park and sometimes DJs at parties.

Although everyone has their own lives, we're looking for someone who wants a home rather than just a room.

LOCATION
It's a 10 minute walk from Finsbury Park station (Victoria, Piccadilly and National Rail).

The Castle climbing wall is just down the road, as well as the West Reservoir and Clissold Park. The Brownswood and Bank of Friendship are our fav pubs and there's loads of good restaurants.

THE ROOM
It comes with the bed, drawers and wardrobe. I'm also happy to leave the desk if useful. There is a door to the main bathroom from the room, and as the other rooms have en suites this is basically yours.

Rent is £900 pm, bills usually come to just under £100 pm and the deposit is £1057. We rent through a property company so you'll need to go through referencing and sign a contract etc. The contract runs until 9th June 2025 and there's usually an option to renew if you'd like to stay.
