Double bedroom in a bright house in Finsbury park

Hello! We’re looking for a third tenant to join our lovely flat in Finsbury Park. The flat has equipped kitchen, clean bathroom and a bright and spacious living room, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Location-wise, we’re in a connected spot: just a 4 minute walk to Manor House station and 10 minutes to Finsbury Park station. You’ll also find plenty of restaurants, corner shops, and a Coop within a 5-minute stroll, plus a Lidl just 10 minutes away.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me, Alaa. I’m 31 and work for a development NGO. I’m clean, tidy, considerate, and love cooking dinners for friends. Hussein, who’s 33 and an accountant, also shares the flat. He has a similar laid-back and tidy vibe.

We’re looking for someone who’s clean and respectful. someone who understands the balance of shared living.

The new contract starts on the 12th of September, so ideally, we’re hoping to find someone ready to join the contract by then and move in within the last two weeks of September.
