Large, quiet room in spacious recently refurbed Victorian family house, close to Highbury and Stoke Newington and two lovely parks. Strictly Monday to Friday let (sorry - we will not consider full time letting). Shower room and kitchenette (with fridge/freezer, air fryer, hob and microwave) both shared with just one other Monday to Friday lodger. Double bed, desk, wardrobe and drawers for sole use. Less than 10 min walk to fantastic travel links at Finsbury Park tube, rail and bus interchange. Also 10 mins from Arsenal tube; and walking distance/bus ride from Manor House tube; plus close to fast, direct bus links to City and Angel. Would suit professional working in the week in the City, Holborn, West End or Docklands. High speed broadband and all other bills included in the rent. Sharing house with couple and adult son (and pets). Sole occupancy only. No use of washing machine.
