Double room in 3 bed flat in Finsbury Park

Hello!

We have a lovely double room that will be available in our home from mid October (although can be slightly flexible on dates) for £1,033 pcm not including bills. Bills are around £130 , and this includes all the usual (energy, electric, water, council tax - Band F, TV licence).

The room is semi-furnished (includes bed, mattress, chest of drawers and 2x built in wardrobes) and has its own separate staircase with extra space for storage underneath. The house itself is beautiful with a cosy communal living room/dining area, kitchen, a bathroom (with bath) and a lovely garden. There is also space to store bikes outside, and if you drive there's street parking which you can arrange a residents' permit for through the Council.

You'll be living with Jordan (31) and Flora (30). Jordan works at Avios and Flora is a teacher, we’re all good mates from uni so would love to get someone in who’s laid back but keen to be social too, although obviously we all appreciate our own time and space too!

Our outgoing housemate is only leaving as she’s moving in with her partner.

The house is about 5-10 minutes from both Finsbury Park and Arsenal Stations, we're also not far from Angel or Stoke Newington, so there are loads of great bars/restaurants/shops all within walking distance.
