Sunny double room with ensuite next to station

Then look no further! Our lovely flatmate Alice has to move back to Oz unexpectedly so we're searching for her replacement.

We have a lovely sunny double room with an en-suite in a modern 3-bed flat in Finsbury Park available starting September 21. The lease you'd be signing on to ends February 20th; however, we are looking to renew when renewal time comes around.

About you:
You're looking for a place with friendly flatmates and need to move by the end of September. You're in your mid-20s to mid-30s and are interested in being a part of the flat, rather than keeping to yourself all the time. You'll pass the letting agent's background check and affordability test with flying colors (or have a guarantor!).

The room:
Double room with an ensuite and two large windows that get some lovely morning sun ☀️ and some black out curtains to ensure sound sleeping. Comes with a bed, drawers, wardrobe, and side table.

The flat:
Renovated two years ago, everything is very modern! There's a nice kitchen and good-sized shared lounge that features a very comfy couch and stocked bar cart. Bills are on average £130pm.

The flatmates:
Living with two lovely housemates, Eve and Marisa, who both work full time. Eve is a teacher so is out of the house 5 days per week and Marisa works in social media and works from home 2-3 days per week. We enjoy cooking a Sunday meal together here and there, binge watching Married At First Sight, and popping out for a park picnic or Rowan's karaoke sesh. LGBTQ+ friendly!

Location:
Located literally seconds from Finsbury Park station for all your transport connection needs (Vicky Line, Piccy Line and National Rail!). There are a number of supermarkets to choose from all within a couple of minutes walk and about a 3 minute walk to Finsbury Park.
