Room in lovely big flat near Finsbury Park

Unfortunately, I am moving out and I'm looking for someone to replace me in this cosy room! It's a lovely big flat with a separate kitchen and big living room. The bedroom is big enough to have a good size desk, as well as the double bed it already has. The broadband is installed, and all bills (including council tax) will be split between you and the current flatmate.

It's about a 10 minute walk to Manor House tube, Finsbury Park, a big Sainsbury's and loads of other shops and restaurants, so it's a great area to live in.

The flat has a fridge, a freezer, washing machine and good modern comfortable furniture.
