Large Double Room in Friendly Flat Share

I’m moving out of my spacious 3-bedroom flat opposite Finsbury Park in mid-November to move in with friends who have recently relocated to London.

The flat is on the first floor, set back from the road in a modern block with good insulation, well-maintained facilities, and a responsive landlord.

The room comes furnished with the bed (containing a large storage compartment), a large wardrobe and chest of drawers

**Location highlights:**
- 5-minute walk to Manor House
- 10-minute walk to Finsbury Park station
- Great shops, pubs, and restaurants are all nearby
- The Park is literally on your doorstep

The Housemates:
- Maria (30): A software engineer at Facebook, she’s really into fitness, so you’ll often find her climbing at The Castle or working out in the park. She travels frequently to visit family in Spain but is always up for a chat or a climb when she’s around.

- Ido (28):A BBC journalist who also loves climbing and traveling. He works from home occasionally and has a shift-based schedule, but it’s never caused any issues.

Both Maria and Ido frequently work in office so if you WFH you will often have the place to yourself

The flat has a professional yet relaxed atmosphere. We keep it clean, but with just three of us, it’s easy to maintain. You’ll be sharing a large bathroom with Ido, as Maria has an en-suite.

I’m looking to fill the room soon. The process is simple—just a name change on the contract and some standard referencing, and we're good to go.
