Double Room in Friendly Flat Share

A room in our large 3-bedroom flat facing Finsbury Park will be free in early/mid February. One flatmate is leaving and we are looking for someone to take over their room.

The flat is on the first floor, set back from the road in a modern block with good insulation, well-maintained facilities, and a responsive landlord.

The room comes furnished with the bed (with a large storage space underneath), a large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

- 5-minute walk to Manor House station
- 10-minute walk to Finsbury Park station
- Great shops, pubs, and restaurants are all nearby
- The Park is literally on your doorstep

The Housemates:

- Dionysia: Lawyer from Athens, enjoys fitness, out and about quite a lot socially and finding nice things to decorate the flat.
- Robert: AI software engineer, very chill as well and likes cooking, sports and he often travels to visit his girlfriend in Lisbon.

The flat has a professional yet relaxed atmosphere. We keep it clean, but with just three of us, it’s easy to maintain. You’ll be sharing a large bathroom with Dionysia, as Robert has an en-suite.

I’m looking organise filling the room soon, whilst I plan to move out in Feb. The process is simple—just a name change on the contract and some standard referencing, and we're good to go.
