Large Double Room in Friendly Flat Share

A room in our large 3-bedroom flat opposite Finsbury Park will be free in early February. I'm looking for someone to take it over around 6 February but move in dates are flexible.

The flat is on the first floor, set back from the road in a modern block with good insulation, well-maintained facilities, and a responsive landlord.

The room comes furnished with the bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The furniture is a bit different to the pics.

- 5-minute walk to Manor House
- 10-minute walk to Finsbury Park station
- Great shops, pubs, and restaurants are all nearby
- The Park is literally on your doorstep

The Housemates:
- Maria: A software engineer at Facebook, she’s really into fitness, so you’ll often find her climbing at The Castle or working out in the park. She travels frequently to visit family in Spain but is always up for a chat or a climb when she’s around.

- Ieuan: Nuclear engineer, also a climber. Very laid back and can often be found cooking up a storm in the big kitchen.

The flat has a professional yet relaxed atmosphere. We keep it clean, but with just three of us, it’s easy to maintain. You’ll be sharing a large bathroom with Ieuan, as Maria has an en-suite.

I’m looking to fill the room soon. The process is simple—just a name change on the contract and some standard referencing, and we're good to go.
