Cosy Finsbury Park Home

We have secured this lovely cosy home in STROUD GREEN/ FINSBURY PARK for rent from 15th October (can be flexi with move in date up to 22nd ish) and are looking for someone to fill the 3rd room as our original housemate has very sadly had to drop out.

The house is on a quiet street in Stroud Green and the room is a huge at 2.7m x 4.3m, the property is very well sized and comes with a backyard and carpark if anyone has a car!
We are 2 friends from Australia, here for the foreseeable future and looking to make a lovely little home for ourselves. The property comes unfurnished (other than a bed base) but James and I will be furnishing the house with things we love - think lovely leather sofa, old Italian vintage furniture, good for the soul design (I studied interior design and know how to make a home feel warm and cosy and of course look great).

About us:
James - 27yo fintech profess has been in LDN for 2 years and has a passport so planning on staying who knows how long. Mostly he likes yoga, eating 6 eggs a day, soccer (idk what team you can ask him) and music. He wants to find some more obscure gigs in the coming months and is looking forward to a nice feeling home to settle into for the winter

Emma - 29yo producer/ agent I have been in London for 6 months now and want to settle into a lovely home and create a great energy in the house. I love being creative in theory but mostly like watching documentaries and buying things on fb marketplace. I also love festivals and travelling and telling people I'm going to run a half marathon. Aesthetics of the house are very important to me and I'm so excited to create a gorgeous space for us

You:
We're very open, preferably a working professional 9-5er just to be on a similar schedule but not essential. We're keen to spend a lot of time in the house over winter watching tv and cooking and reading our futures in tarot cards so if you feel like you could see yourself happy with the above then let us know! Will be going on lease so need either ft contract, rental history, 6 months upfront - not sure but something to show you're good for the rent!

The house will be ready to move into from 15th October, and if needed you can push that out a week. The house is being freshly painted AND deep cleaned, with new shower amenities put in and a re-grout done. Any questions at all let me know! We can try to arrange another inspection of the house if needed 🙂

Price for room is £1,125 not including bills
