Description
Hello there!
I'm a professional working in academia, and I'm planning to move into a beautiful, spacious flat on the Northwest side of Finsbury Park Station in October.
Please be aware: The flat is not furnished (see below)!
I'm in close contact with the landlord and I'm looking for other friendly professionals searching for a peaceful and spacious home in a nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, shops, and other amenities. It's less than a ten-minute-walk to Finsbury Park station, Crouch Hill overground is just as close.
The flat stretches over three storeys:
first floor: kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker etc.), separate toilet, sitting room, workspace/bedroom
second floor: separate bathroom, bedroom + ensuite, workspace/bedroom
third floor: bedroom + ensuite
The flat is unfurnished - except for a daybed and a sofa in the sitting room, and two fitted wardrobes in two of the bedrooms.
The rate for the whole flat is £3,250, which means around £3,650 - £3,700 including all bills.
I'm planning on renting 'half' the flat, i. e. the ensuite bedroom on the third floor and the workspace on the second.
Depending on your budget and what we can agree on, the double bedrooms on the first and second floor are to let. The prices are adapted to the different sizes of the two rooms. To my knowledge, they should cover all bills (water, power, broadband, council tax).
While the bedroom on the second floor has an ensuite, the
bedroom on the first floor does not, but there is a separate toilet located on the same floor. A more spacious separate bathroom with a bathtub is located right upstairs on the second floor. This could be shared or, depending on arrangements, be exclusively used by the tenant of the smaller first-floor-bedroom.
As an alternative, the sitting room and the adjacent workspace could be rented together if there is no explicit need for a shared space, or one other tenant could rent the whole other 'half' of the flat, if their budget allows that. Anyway, I'm sure we would find a good solution that makes everyone happy!
I'm a calm, caring and very considerate person who is very interested in languages, politics, art and literature, films of all kinds, photography, cooking, and, maybe most importantly, eating.
Your profile: working professional, considerate, orderly, reliable, and respectful of others.
I look forward to your messages! Please provide some information about yourself and your professional situation and let me know whatever questions you might have.
Please understand that I am very busy and that I will only be able to answer messages of people whose profiles suit my own and the landlord's expectations.
