If you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable room in a charming 3-bedroom Victorian house in one of London’s most desirable areas, this could be your new home!
The house retains many traditional Victorian features and includes a cozy living room, kitchen, dining area, one bathroom, two toilets, and a small garden. After 2.5 wonderful years here, I am moving on, and we’re looking for someone to take my room from 16 December.
Located on a quiet, leafy residential street, the house is just a 2-minute walk from Arsenal tube station (Piccadilly Line) and 5 minutes from Finsbury Park station (Piccadilly, Victoria Line, and National Rail). It’s ideal for quick access to Central London, Camden, Islington, and Stoke Newington. There are also 24-hour buses nearby, and both the Piccadilly and Victoria Lines offer all-night service on weekends.
Within a short walking distance, you’ll find excellent local amenities including supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Lidl), restaurants, cafes, pubs, and parks (Gillespie, Finsbury, and Clissold). Gillespie Park is just across the street, offering a perfect spot to unwind.
The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, cupboard, a desk (optional) and a bed.
You’ll be sharing the house with two professionals. Both have independent, busy lives but enjoy occasional chats, shared meals, or a cup of tea. They value a calm, clean, and respectful home environment, so this is not a party house – perfect for someone looking for peace and quiet.
Rent & Bills:
• Rent: £750per month
• Bills: approx. £140 per month (includes water, gas/electricity, council tax, internet, and a cleaner once or twice a month)
• Deposit: £700 (protected under a deposit scheme)
• Agency requires references from your employer and current/previous landlord (no admin fees).

• You can move in on December 15 (no later).
• You have references from previous housing.
• You can provide documentation of steady and sufficient income.
• You are willing to take over most of the room’s furnishings.
