Bright flat in Finsbury Park (up to 3 months)

Hello, I’m looking for a short-term flatmate to share my bright and freshly-painted 2-bed flat in Finsbury Park. The 1st floor flat is a Victorian conversion and shares a garden with the rest of the building. The room has a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and built-in closet.

Looking for someone with whom we’re comfortable having a bit of a chat when we’re both around and sometimes share a glass of wine.
I have a hybrid job in tech and am in the office ~2 days/week. I’m vegan and Catholic - you don’t need to be either, but thought you should know! I’m tidy, play my music quietly and watch way too much Love is Blind. I recently got into F45 and join Parkrun whenever I’m free on a Saturday morning.

The flat will be available from January 3 until at least April 1. Note that for short-term lets less than 2 months the rent will be £225/week (all bills included) and the deposit £500.
