Top floor, double bedroom with ensuite available in a three-bed, two-bathroom flat split over two floors. Available from the end of October 2024.

The Flat:
The flat is split over three floors in a Victorian house. The ground floor entrance opens immediately to a flight of stairs that takes you onto the rest of the flat. The first floor comprises a kitchen, a double room, and living/dining spaces. The second floor has a communal bathroom, two double bedrooms (one of which has an ensuite). The kitchen is fitted with an induction hob with plenty of storage for personal and communal use. There is a spacious private garden with a shed for additional storage. The property is located in a quiet and safe street with plenty of parking outside, as well as being close to lots of shops, restaurants, bars, and the park.

The Room:
Toom comes furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes and a chest of drawers and new blackout curtains. There’s also extra storage space in the hallway outside the room for communal use. The ensuite has a shower and plenty of storage. The room is perfect for hybrid working, as there is room for a desk set up!

Public Transport:
Finsbury Park bus and train station is less than a 10-minute walk away, so we have easy access to the Victoria and Piccadilly lines, as well as the National Rail - which is super handy when you need to get to the airport! Crouch Hill Overground station is also only a 5-minute walk away.

Flat mates:
Looking for a female flat mate of similar age to join Hope and Beth (both 28) in our flat. Hope works in Consulting and is in the office at least twice a week, and Beth works as a doctor so is in the office 5 days a week. Hope enjoys going out for brunch, running (ran the London Marathon this year!) and Reformer Pilates. Beth also enjoys staying active by hiking, running, and climbing, and is also learning Spanish!

The flat is kept homely, clean, and tidy, and we're considerate of noise especially during the week as we work full-time.

We enjoy hanging out together, cooking, having some wine, and watching TV, but also respect each other's space and privacy. We're looking for someone who'd like to join us!
