The flat is less than a 10 walk from both Finsbury Park and Manor House tube stations on a quiet street. Finsbury Park, Clissold Park and The Castle Climbing Centre also within walking distance.

The two flatmates staying on are both female young professionals in their late twenties. Both are very friendly and sociable, but work long hours and some evenings.

Monthly rent is £1,000 excluding bills. Council tax band E (Hackney). Deposit amount to be confirmed by landlord. Available from 22nd October.
