Hey! I’m moving out of my lovely flat in Finsbury Park after four years, and looking for someone to take over my double room at the end of November. The flat’s a 1 minute walk to Finsbury Park Station (City North side), so it’s super well-connected!

Bills are around £170 p/m

About the Flat:
You’ll be living with Beth, a fashion designer who works in the office Monday to Friday. She’s really friendly, and we’ve always had a sociable vibe—if you’re someone who enjoys the odd pub trip or chilled evenings in, you’ll get along great!

The flat’s got a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom, and the room itself is unfurnished, but I’m happy to leave the bed (bought when I moved in) and the hanging rail, and can discuss selling the rest of the furniture if you’re interested.

The Area:
The location is amazing—just a minute from Finsbury Park Station with the Victoria Line, Piccadilly Line, and National Rail.

You’ve got M&S, Lidl, Starbucks, and lots more nearby, plus MoreYoga & The Manor dance studio right across the road for any fitness lovers.
