Lovely Double Room available December 6th

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I’m moving out of London. You’ll be living with a 32 year old lawyer called Kieran - I’ll be sad to say goodbye to both him and the City North apartment complex after 3 years living here.
The apartment is on the 16th floor with great views over the Alexandra Palace, Tottenham Stadium and Finsbury Park.
We’re looking for someone to move in on the 7th December and sign onto the tenancy until September 2025. The break clause can be activated from March 2025, so if you and Kieran agree to end it earlier you can.
There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment, heated towel rails, washer dryer, dishwasher and the room is furnished with draws and a large hanging space. There is probably enough room for a small desk if needed.
