I am looking for a new tenant for my much loved cosy studio in N4 as I am moving country as I will start a Masters programme. The studio is bright, perfect for 1x person or a couple.

- Towel heater in bathroom
- Dishwasher
- Ceramic stove
- Well insulated (double glass windows)
- Big Velux window in kitchen (can be opened) and comes with blackout cover
Furniture:
- Can be furnished or unfurnished, only the beige wardrobe is built in and can't be removed.
- Happy to leave my furniture (bed, mattress, sofa, couch table and kitchen 'bar table' and chairs if needed for £400 for everything. Happy to discuss costs if only specific items are desired to stay.
Tenant Approvals:
The flat is let and managed by Foxtons who require the new tenant to either earn a yearly salary of 43k, or be able to pay 6x month rent upfront if below the yearly salary expectation.
Bills:
Depend on suppliers chosen but I am currently using Octopus energy for my heating (approx. £50 per month).
Water bills are currently covered by the landlord.

The landlord is absolutely amazing and friendly which makes renting so much easier and enjoyable.
