Hi there,
I have a room available from 1st Dec until Oct 31st 2025.
Bills are an additional approx £150 per month.
About the flat:
The flat is beautiful and on the 4th floor of Residence Tower in Woodberry Downs. We have a balcony that overlooks the reservoir and City of London. There is a sainos over the road, and post office, off license, cafe, dry cleaners next door. It's a 5 min walk to Manor House station on the Piccadilly line.
We have a lovely concierge team so you never have to be in for parcels, and have security dotted around,
There is parking underneath the building but that comes at an extra cost. No idea how much this is but I can ask if that's needed! There is a gym which is free downstairs which I can show on viewings, however for privacy we cannot take photos in there. It's quite small but i've never been in there with more than 3 others at a time which is great.
About the room:
The room has its own bathroom, it's not attached but like 2 metres away. I have an en-suite so do not use this bathroom.
The room currently has my desk and chair in there however as there is no room for clothes, I'll swap this out with the chest of drawers in my room. This means the room is probably not good for anyone needing to WFH, unless you sit crossed legged on your bed like me. I really like the front room as a front room so will decline if people want to put wfh items in there. My friend has suggested a rail could maybe go in there but I think that might be quite tight.

I have no issues living with a girl or a guy, however I ask that you are 1) lovely 2) read the below and work out if you think you are a good fit:
I'm looking for someone who I can be friends with but not spending all the time together. I need my space at times so don't be offended if i'm in my room a lot.
I'm not a neat freak but as it's a nice flat, I like to stay on top of the cleaning and dishes etc so would want the other person to have the same mindset.
I'm so fine with having friends over every now and then, however this is not a party flat. The building as a whole is very calm and respectful, so on the plus side we never hear the neighbours either.
It's not a deciding factor but I would prefer a non smoker - vaping is fine!
I appreciate this is a nice flat and demand is high, but please only message if you think this would actually be a good fit. I will do viewings as soon as I can, but depending on interest might offer to go for a drink too to see if we get along as life is too short to be living with someone you don't get along with. 😂
