Spacious Double in Roomy N4 Finsbury Park Flat

Hi there! My partner and I are looking for someone who would be interested in renting the second room in our flat (available from 1st January

Comprising of over 1200 square feet of space, the flat itself includes a (relatively) new shared bathroom, a shared office space for home working and an open plan kitchen and living room with plenty of storage space.

The room itself is ~156 square feet, looks out onto the shared garden and has a king bed frame currently in it as well as some drawers and wardrobes for clothes storage.

We have wonderful neighbours who occupy the rest of the flats in the building. There are great connections into London (via Finsbury Park Station) and Essex (via Crouch Hill Station), access to green spaces such as Finsbury Park itself and Parkland Walk and many shops, pubs, pizzerias and coffee shops just a walk away.

As for the current residents, we are both currently working in the NHS as a clinical psychologist and lab technician respectively and share the space with our two cats (Nora & Zuko) who can definitely be a bit of a nuisance! We mainly work outside of the flat during the day but do some remote working too.

We’re looking for someone who is easy to get on with, chips in with boring house chores and doesn’t mind some bothering from two attention loving kittens.
