Sublet: Double room with skylight in large warehou

Hello, I am subletting my room in a large communal warehouse home from January 23rd until April 2025.

Minimum length of stay is one month /end of February.
Max 3-4months /April
*dates can be negotiated.

The room is a good size and has a skylight window. It is located on the upper floor of the warehouse (has sloped ceiling)
Furniture included; ground bed, desk, couch, clothes rack and some shelving.

Prices: £750 single person, bills included.

The warehouse is within a gated complex amongst many other lovely warehouse communities. You will be sharing with around 20 other people and 2 cats. The house can be very quiet and chilled out, much more so than you would ever expect for a house comprising of 20+ people.

We're a larger unit but we all have pretty different schedules and so it never feels too busy. The housemates all work in a variety of different fields, some creative, some hybrid, some odd jobbing it.
There are 4 bathrooms including 1 bath and 3 shower rooms, which are always more than adequate to fulfil everyone's needs.
Being clean, tidy, engaging with cleaning rota/routines, paying the house kitty (£10) and generally doing their bit to keep the space workable for all is essential.

This is not a “party" warehouse house but it is certainly very social, this means we tend to keep things chilled during the week, and then have gatherings of friends over at the weekends.

Some attractive features of the space include the creative/performance area/gym area, which is used for a variety of creative purposes, including Photoshoots. We also have a projector area and large garden and a workshop area.
All bills and toilet roll included.
